It is possible that:
  • the maximum time (30 days) for the renewal has expired;
  • this is a first application/activation;
  • the renewal was requested well in advance of the expiry date.

The problem could be attributable to the bank or the failure to enter the card holder's personal data. Should the problem persist, please contact the office in charge by writing to: ufficiozsr@amtab.it. Your request will be evaluated and an alternative payment method will be communicated promptly.
You may renew your permit up to two weeks before it expires. We will send you a reminder email.

Il controllo da parte degli ausiliari della sosta viene effettuato sulla targa. E' consigliato, tuttavia, esporre sul cruscotto il talloncino inviato dall'app di pagamento autorizzata per la sosta sulle strisce blu gestite da AMTAB. E' possibile, in alternativa, esporre qualunque identificativo (anche un foglio di carta scritto a penna) che renda chiaro, agli addetti al controllo, che si sta effettuando il pagamento della sosta con un'app.
The MUVT sticker is issued exclusively to users who renew their ZSR/ZTL permits at the subscriptions desk in Via Trevisani. Those who register their number plate in the MUVT app will be sent, in electronic format, the sticker to print out.
Only one ZSR user can be associated with the MUVT account, so it will be necessary to log in with the account of the person concerned.
Please note that all fields must be completed. You should pay attention to the field "Cardholder". At the end of the procedure the button "Pay now" will appear.
For business services you can contact Easypark. If you want to receive invoices via email, you just need to enter your tax details or those of your business and send an email to: amministrazione@pec.amtabservizio.it
Questo errore significa che l'idZSR, che rappresenta l'identità del possessore dell'agevolazione per la sosta agevolata all'interno della ZSR, è stato in passato associato ad un account MUVT. In questo caso è necessario accedere all'applicativo ZSR con le credenziali corrette.
