COMPANY CAR REGULATIONS (*)

(Apulia Regional Law No. 18/2002)

1. The User, in order to legitimately use transportation on the Company's vehicles, is required to have a valid ticket, which must be validated as soon as he or she boards the vehicle. Validation of the ticket in the presence of the ticket inspectors is not permitted. The cost of tickets is listed on the company website www.amtab.it in the transportation services, tickets and fares section.

2. The User is required to keep the ticket for the entire duration of the trip and to show it upon request of the control personnel, who can be identified by appropriate identification tags.

3. The User may not transfer, in any capacity, to a third party the ticket he/she has already obliterated.

4. The User must carry valid identification.

5. If the User is not in possession of a valid validated ticket, the Agents in charge of the verification shall draw up a report of dispute, which can be reconciled by paying, within 30 days from the dispute or from the notification if later, the administrative penalty in the reduced measure of € 50.00 plus the cost of the ordinary ticket. After this period has elapsed, the penalty is due in the full amount of € 100.00 in addition to the cost of the ordinary ticket, notification expenses and possible collection.

6. In the event that the User refuses to provide his or her personal details, the Verifying Officers shall invite the offender to follow them to the nearest Carabinieri, State Police or Traffic Police station. The User who provides false generalities will be reported to the relevant Authorities.

7. Hand luggage that does not exceed the dimensions of 25 x 40 x 80 cm and the approximate weight of 20 kg is exempt from the ticket fee.

8. It is possible to carry folding bicycles and scooters under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 for carry-on baggage.

9. Children under the age of ten do not pay for a ticket if accompanied by an adult.

10. In the event that the User suffers damage, in order to be entitled to compensation, he/she must report the incident to the driver and provide his/her personal details.

11. No animals are allowed on board the cars except in the following cases in which transportation is free of charge:

(a) guide dogs for the blind;

(b) small dogs, provided they are held and muzzled;

(c) other small animals provided they are enclosed in baskets, cages or other small containers that prevent, even accidentally, physical contact with the outside world.

Cages and containers, during transport, must be kept in such a way that they do not cause annoyance and/or damage to people and property.

The carriage of the aforementioned animals (with the exception of guide dogs for the blind) is limited to no more than two per bus and no more than one per passenger, and may be excluded altogether, at the sole discretion of the driver of the car, in the event of crowding of the car. In any case, the person accompanying the animal shall be liable for compensation for damage caused to property and/or persons.

12. It is compulsory to hold on to the appropriate supports.

13. It is forbidden to stand by cluttering the doors.

14. It is compulsory to enter through the front door (except for wheelchair users).

15. It is forbidden to go up from the middle or back door and down from the front door.

16. To purchase a ticket from the driver, one must be provided with exactly the money needed.

17. It is prohibited to operate the emergency door-opening mechanism while driving or without the need for it.

18. It is forbidden to expectorate, to physically and verbally harass people, to travel in a state of intoxication, to carry weapons, blunt objects or inflammable, chemical or toxic substances, to carry merchandise subject to the Urban Police Regulations of the Municipality of Bari, to smoke, to sing, to cackle, and to generally perform any other act likely to annoy the Driver or other passengers.

19. It is forbidden to damage the bus or its parts by any means, to remove, damage or deface on-board equipment.

20. Pursuant to Article 32, paragraph 3, of Apulia Regional Law No. 18/2002, violation of the rules contained in these Regulations shall be punished by an administrative penalty in the amount of:

(a) €60.00 for violation of items 11, 12 and 13;

(b) €100.00 for violation of items 1, 14, 15 and 20;

(c) €250.00 for violation of items 17, 18 and 19.

21. The offender is given the option, within 30 days following the notification or service of the report of assessment if later, to pay the penalty imposed on him in a reduced amount of 50%. Once this period has elapsed without the receipt of defensive writings or payment, the Director General of the Company will issue, pursuant to Article 18 L. 689/81, an order-injunction by which the penalty will be imposed in the full measure provided for by the aforementioned Regional Law, plus administrative and notification expenses. For any opposition, to be filed within the term of thirty days from the notification of the order, the Justice of the Peace of Bari has jurisdiction.

22. The Person in charge of the Procedure, ex L. 241/90, for administrative sanctions imposed on vehicles, is the Officer in charge of the Organizational Unit "Traffic Products"
